Charlie has been to our residence on two separate occasions to repair our AC unit.(home warranty program).Both times we have been 100% satisfied with the customer service and professionalism that has been displayed. Ameripro is extremely professional! They were quick and responsive. My AC was not blowing cold and the outside unit was freezing up. I thought I had major repairs coming my way. Ameripro could have taken advantage, but come to find out, it was just low on refrigerant from original installation. They saved me a bundle in my own mind and I'm very grateful! Thank you Ameripro!

Charlie was very informative of what was wrong with my A/C. He also found that a previous local company had unplugged my heat pump a year ago just so they didn't have to fix the wires. He explained everything in thorough detail so where I could understand it. He is very fair on price and did a great job of getting to the problem. He also gave my husband and I options moving forward with different price points for us to choose what would work for our budget.
